About Webster
Welcome Webster Wildcats!
Dear Families and Community Members,
Webster Elementary Children’s Center for the Integrated Arts is a specialized school located in the village of Allouez. Webster Elementary serves students from Early Childhood, 4K, and Kindergarten through Fifth grade— providing students with unique opportunities to learn and explore through the arts. The Arts Integration program brings a vibrant, creative dimension to our curriculum; seamlessly weaving the arts into our core subject areas.
Arts integration is a teaching approach that connects the arts—such as visual arts, music, dance, and drama—with subjects like math, science, and language arts. By incorporating artistic expression into our everyday learning, we aim to deepen understanding, foster creativity, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the arts. Research shows that this approach not only enhances academic achievement but also supports social-emotional development and critical thinking skills.
Beginning in second grade, all students study piano or violin, with the opportunity to take Band in fifth grade. Webster students, grades 3 through 5, participate in musical and dramatic performances, most notably a Broadway Junior Musical in the spring.
In addition to classroom activities, we host a series of special events, performances, and exhibitions throughout the year to celebrate and showcase our students' artistic achievements. These events will provide a platform for our young artists to shine and share their talents with the community.
Webster Elementary is committed to teaching to the whole child. Using our P.A.W.S. approach (Positive attitude, Always respectful, Wise choices, Safety first), we support student’s social and emotional learning. Webster staff works diligently to create a safe and welcoming environment where all students can shine.
